zsync 0.2.x is only held out of Debian testing now by this build failure on powerpc. It looks like the buildd just failed. I am waiting for it to make it into testing before I switch the zsync feeds on this site over to the more efficient 0.2.x format.

I didn't realise failed buildd logs were available to the whole world until now - full credit to Debian for being exceptionally open.
